fermPlot is a bioprocess data analytics platform currently available as a free-to-use demo. This version allows users to upload, visualize, and download their bioprocess data with ease, offering a glimpse into the full capabilities of fermPlot.

Current Features in Demo Version:

• Automatically Ingest Formatted CSV Files: Easily prepare your CSVs for upload. The first row should contain headers, followed by data rows. Time columns and variable names with units are auto-identified and formatted.
• Upload and Parse CSV Files: Tags can be appended to variable names for easy comparison of replicate data.
• Select Data and Variables to Plot: Choose data and variables for analysis and visualization through an easy-to-use dropdown interface.
• Plot Data: Explore datasets with multi-axis plotting, data point information on hover, and zoom functionality.
• Download Plot: Obtain high-quality plots of your data for presentations and publications.
• Download CSVs: Easily download the formatted data after processing.
